Order Processing & Dispatch Time

 

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
