In case of DOA (Dead on Arrival / Damaged on Arrival) products, we issue full refund within 72 working hours of delivery. Customer must get in touch with us through our Zilka Support Live Chat or write to us at support@zilka.store with order number and details.
In case of product malfunction or not living upto expectation, customer must get in touch with Customer Support team within the warranty period of the product.
